CHEAPEST PACKAGE
Cheapest Rann Utsav Package 2026–27
The honest, all-inclusive Rann Utsav package at the lowest officially published rate — Non-AC Swiss cottage at Dhordo, all meals, cultural shows, and Bhuj transfers. From ₹5,900 per person.
WHY ₹5,900
The Cheapest Rann Utsav Package Explained
The cheapest Rann Utsav package on the 2026-27 menu is ₹5,900 per person — a 1 Night / 2 Days stay in a Non-AC Swiss cottage at the official Dhordo Tent City. This is the lowest officially approved rate published by the Gujarat Tourism partner operators, and it is the same number our competitors quote. There is no cheaper Rann Utsav package because the price floor is set by tent infrastructure, three meals, the cultural programme, and Bhuj pickup — all included.
If you see a quote below ₹5,900, it is almost always (a) a quote that excludes meals or transfers, (b) a Dholavira or Khavda alternative tent city (not Dhordo), or (c) a Sunday-night shoulder-date discount that does not apply across the season. We list our cheapest budget packages below at the genuine all-inclusive 2026-27 season rate.

SAVE EVEN MORE
Five Ways to Make Rann Utsav Cheaper
Beyond picking the Non-AC tent, here are the legitimate ways to bring the total cost of your Rann Utsav trip down further. These are recommended by our own booking team.
1. Travel in October–November or February–March
Off-peak weeks are the same Rann Utsav experience at the same price, but with more tent availability and fewer crowds. The temperature in early November and late February is also gentler — no AC needed, full Non-AC saving applied.
2. Travel as a group of 4 or more
Group bookings of four or more guests share two twin-sharing tents at twin-sharing rates. The triple-sharing supplement is small (₹500/person/night) but unlocks free child stay for under-six guests on a roll-away bed.
3. Use IRCTC train + our cheapest package
The Bhuj Express (12961) from Mumbai and Ashram Express (12915) from Delhi via Ahmedabad are the cheapest legs into Bhuj. Combine with our Non-AC Rann Utsav package and Bhuj pickup is free. See the dedicated guide for train timings.
4. Avoid the Christmas–New Year week if budget is tight
Peak-week rates (24 Dec 2026 – 2 Jan 2027) carry a 20–30% premium across all operators. The 6–22 December window is identical Rann Utsav weather at the standard ₹5,900 base price.
5. Book direct, not via aggregators
OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Yatra, Goibibo) typically add ₹800–₹1,500 per person in service fees on top of the operator rate. Direct booking via this site or by phone is the official rate — no markup.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Cheapest Rann Utsav Package FAQs
What is the cheapest Rann Utsav package?
The cheapest Rann Utsav 2026-27 package is the 1 Night / 2 Days Non-AC Swiss cottage stay at Dhordo Tent City, priced at ₹5,900 per person on twin-sharing. This rate includes accommodation, dinner, breakfast, the White Rann sunset, evening folk performance, bonfire dinner, and Bhuj transfers — no hidden charges.
How much does the cheapest Rann Utsav trip cost for two people?
For two people sharing one Non-AC tent on the 1N/2D package, the total cost is ₹11,800 (two persons at ₹5,900 each). The 2N/3D Non-AC option for two is ₹23,000 total, and the 3N/4D budget option is ₹32,000 for two. All-inclusive — meals, cultural shows, Bhuj pickup, and Rann entry passes are covered.
Is the Non-AC tent comfortable enough for the Rann?
Yes — for the October–November and February–March windows. Day temperatures sit at 22–28°C and nights drop to 12–18°C, well within fan-cooled comfort. For the December–January peak (nights of 6–10°C), most guests upgrade to the AC option for the heater, not the cooling. If you sleep with a fleece and a warm blanket, the Non-AC tent works in winter too.
Are there any discounts on the cheapest Rann Utsav package?
Yes. (1) Children below six stay free on twin-sharing with parents. (2) Groups of eight or more get a 5–8% group discount. (3) Early bookings (60+ days ahead) save the peak-date surcharge. (4) Corporate group offsites have a separate quotation — see our corporate group page for details.
What is excluded from the cheapest Rann Utsav package?
Excluded: travel to/from Bhuj (we cover Bhuj-to-Dhordo and back), personal expenses, ATV rides (₹500 extra), paramotor flights (₹3,500 extra), and travel insurance. The base ₹5,900 covers everything once you arrive at Bhuj station or airport.
Can I get a cheaper deal during off-peak weeks?
The base rate of ₹5,900 is the same throughout the festival season. However, peak weeks (Christmas–New Year, Republic Day weekend, full moon nights) add a 20–30% surcharge. The cheapest weeks to visit are early November, early December, and most of February — same Rann, same package, no peak premium.
