These terms apply to Rann Utsav bookings only — stays at the Tent City at Dhordo and the associated Rann Utsav packages sold through this website for the 1 Nov 2026 – 7 Mar 2027season. Anything else we help you arrange is governed by the relevant supplier's own terms, which we will share with you before you pay.
Who we are
Rann Utsav Tickets is an online booking platform for Rann Utsav, the annual cultural festival held in the White Rann of Kutch, Gujarat. We arrange accommodation and packages at the Tent City at Dhordo and related stays in Kutch. We are a booking partner: the Tent City itself is owned and operated by its respective operator, and the festival is organised under the authority of Gujarat Tourism.
Making a booking
- An enquiry — by form, phone or WhatsApp — is not a confirmed booking. Your dates are held only once we confirm availability in writing and receive the agreed advance.
- Bookings are confirmed on receipt of the advance payment. The balance is payable by the date stated on your confirmation.
- The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for the accuracy of all guest details supplied and for payment of the full booking value.
- Rates quoted are per person on the occupancy stated in your confirmation and are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST is charged as applicable.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on this website are for the 1 Nov 2026 – 7 Mar 2027 season and may change without notice until your booking is confirmed. Peak-date surcharges apply to Diwali week, full moon windows and the Christmas–New Year period, as set out on the Tent City rate sheet. All bookings remain subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Check-in, check-out and transfers
- Check-in is from 12:30. Check-out is 09:30.
- Tent allotment for guests arriving before check-in time is subject to availability on the day.
- Complimentary coach transfers operate between Bhuj and the Tent City on fixed scheduled departures. Seats are allotted first-come, first-served and timings are subject to change. No complimentary transfer runs outside these slots; private transfers can be arranged on request at extra cost.
Identification and permits
The White Rann is a border area. Every guest must carry valid government-issued photo identification, and foreign nationals must carry a passport and valid visa. Entry permits are arranged as part of your package, but issuance remains at the discretion of the authorities. We cannot be held responsible if entry is refused because a guest has not carried the required identification.
Guest conduct
The Tent City is a shared, family environment in a fragile desert ecosystem. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours, follow the operator's rules on restricted areas and prohibited items, and avoid any behaviour that endangers the environment or the comfort of other guests. The operator reserves the right to refuse or terminate a stay without refund in cases of serious misconduct. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to accommodation or property.
Programme changes
Cultural programmes, sightseeing itineraries and activity schedules are indicative and may be varied by the operator or the authorities without notice, including for weather, safety or operational reasons. Where an included element cannot be delivered, we will seek a reasonable alternative. Kutch Museum, for example, remains closed on Wednesdays.

Liability
We act as a booking agent between you and the operator. We take care to describe the accommodation and inclusions accurately, but we are not liable for loss, injury, illness, delay or damage arising from the acts or omissions of the operator or of any third-party supplier, or from events outside our reasonable control. Guests are strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest at all times.

Photography on this website is representative of the destination and the accommodation categories described. Individual tents, views and seasonal conditions vary. We correct errors in pricing or availability as soon as we find them and will always tell you before taking payment if something has changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
