Who we are

Rann Utsav Tickets is operated by The Tourism Experts LLP, an independent travel booking agency. We help travellers arrange selected accommodation and packages for Rann Utsav and related stays in Kutch. We are not a government website and we do not organise the festival; each stay is owned and operated by its respective supplier.

Making a booking

• An enquiry — by form, phone or WhatsApp — is not a confirmed booking. Your dates are held only after the relevant provider confirms availability and the agreed payment terms are met.
• Payment terms and the confirmation process are stated in your written quote. A payment alone does not create a reservation until it has been accepted and confirmed.
• The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for the accuracy of all guest details supplied and for payment of the full booking value.
• Each published or quoted rate uses the unit and occupancy stated beside it (for example, per person, per couple or per suite). Your written quote states the applicable taxes, inclusions and any optional extras before payment is requested.

Prices and availability

Website content is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. The written quote states the selected provider, accommodation, occupancy, tax treatment, any surcharge, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms. Availability and prices may change until a reservation is confirmed.

Check-in, check-out and transfers

For the published 2026-27 Dhordo Tent City programme, check-in is at 12:30 PM. Complimentary coach pickup from Bhuj airport or railway station runs from 08:15 to 17:30, and return-coach drop-offs are at 05:30 and 09:30. Seats are first-come, first-served; no complimentary transfer runs outside those fixed timings, though an individual transfer can be arranged at an additional cost. Your written confirmation records the relevant arrangement for your booking.

Identification and permits

The White Rann is a border area. Every guest must carry valid government-issued photo identification, and foreign nationals should carry a passport and valid visa. Whether a permit is required or included depends on the selected provider and applicable authority; your written quote explains this where relevant.

Guest conduct

The Tent City is a shared, family environment in a fragile desert ecosystem. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours, follow the operator's rules on restricted areas and prohibited items, and avoid any behaviour that endangers the environment or the comfort of other guests. The operator reserves the right to refuse or terminate a stay without refund in cases of serious misconduct. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to accommodation or property.

Programme changes

Any itinerary, cultural programme, sightseeing, meal, bonfire, guided walk, entry pass or transfer is subject to the selected provider’s confirmation and operating conditions. The written quote identifies what is included. Programme changes may occur for weather, safety or operational reasons.

Cancellations and refunds

For the published 2026-27 Dhordo Tent City programme, cancellation 30 or more days before arrival receives a 90% refund; 15-29 days receives a 60% refund; and under 15 days receives no refund. Date changes are charged at 10% of the booking amount, while name changes and category downgrades are charged at 5% each. Your written confirmation records the applicable booking details. Liability

We act as a booking agent between you and the operator. We take care to describe the accommodation and inclusions accurately, but we are not liable for loss, injury, illness, delay or damage arising from the acts or omissions of the operator or of any third-party supplier, or from events outside our reasonable control. Guests are strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest at all times.

Photography on this website is representative of the destination and the accommodation categories described. Individual tents, views and seasonal conditions vary. We correct errors in pricing or availability as soon as we find them and will always tell you before taking payment if something has changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
