GROUP PRICING
Corporate Group Rates
Base package rates start from ₹5,900 per person (1N/2D), ₹11,500 (2N/3D), and ₹16,000 (3N/4D). Group discounts are applied to the base per-person rate. Custom activity additions are priced separately.
All group discounts are calculated on the tent accommodation cost. Activity add-ons, transport, and branded merchandise are quoted separately. GST at 5% applies on accommodation.

Corporate Booking FAQs
What is the minimum group size for a corporate booking?
Our corporate group packages start from a minimum of 10 guests. Groups of 10 to 19 receive a 5% group discount on base package rates. Groups of 20 to 49 receive a 10% discount. Groups of 50 or more are handled on a custom pricing basis — we build a fully bespoke itinerary, accommodation configuration, and activity programme specifically for your team. Can we customise the itinerary for our corporate group?
Yes — every corporate booking is customised. We work with your HR or event team to design an itinerary that fits your company culture, budget, and objectives. Customisation options include themed dinners (Rajasthani, Gujarati gala, or continental), company-branded welcome kits, team competition formats (ATV race, kite flying tournament, photography challenge), and specific cultural programming. We can also arrange motivational speakers or team facilitation sessions in the desert setting.
What accommodation is available for large corporate groups?
Dhordo Tent City can accommodate groups from 50 to 300 guests simultaneously. We have Non-AC Swiss cottages (suitable for budget-conscious groups), Deluxe AC Swiss cottages (our most popular for corporate groups), and Rajwadi luxury tents (for senior leadership or VIP attendees). For groups over 100, we can block out a dedicated section of the tent city so your team stays together. All tents include attached bathrooms, furniture, and appropriate lighting.
How far in advance should we book a corporate group?
For groups of 10 to 30, we recommend booking at least four to six weeks in advance during the main season (November to February). For groups of 30 to 100, eight to twelve weeks is advisable. For groups over 100, please initiate discussions at least three to four months before your intended travel dates — large-group logistics including transport, accommodation blocking, and custom activity arrangement require significant lead time. December and January dates book up the fastest for corporate groups.
What transport options are available for corporate groups?
We coordinate transport from any major city to Bhuj and onward to Dhordo. For groups flying into Bhuj airport, we arrange a fleet of AC vehicles for the 80 km transfer to Dhordo. For groups travelling by train (recommended — see our train package page), we meet every group at Bhuj Railway Station with pre-arranged coaches. For very large groups (100+), we can charter dedicated trains from Ahmedabad or Mumbai in coordination with Indian Railways, subject to availability. All in-camp transfers are included.
