Corporate Group Rates
Published Non-AC Swiss Cottage starting rates are ₹6,300 per person for 1N/2D, ₹12,600 for 2N/3D and ₹18,900 for 3N/4D on twin-sharing, excluding applicable GST. Group pricing, rooming and any activities depend on the provider and are confirmed in a written quote.
Do not assume a fixed group discount. Ask for the selected accommodation, occupancy, taxes, transport and optional services to be itemised before payment.

What is the minimum group size for a corporate booking?
Tell us your group size, preferred dates and rooming needs. We can request a provider-specific group quote; no blanket group discount or minimum occupancy is assumed. Call us or email booking@thetourismexperts.com to begin.
Can we customise the itinerary for our corporate group?
Share the group itinerary and any dining, transport, activity or meeting requirements you need. We can check what the selected provider permits and include only confirmed arrangements and charges in the quote.
What accommodation is available for large corporate groups?
Published categories include Non-AC Swiss Cottage, Deluxe AC Swiss Cottage, Premium Tent and suites. Group capacity, adjacent rooms and any dedicated area depend on provider inventory for your dates and need written confirmation.
How far in advance should we book a corporate group?
Larger groups and holiday dates can require more planning time. Enquire as early as practical with your guest count and rooming list, but treat availability as unconfirmed until the selected provider accepts the booking.
What transport options are available for corporate groups?
Tell us each arrival point and passenger count. Ask for any road transfer, vehicle type, pickup timing and cost to be included in the written quote. Rail or flight tickets are separate unless explicitly quoted.
