Tents start at ₹6,300 per person per night (Non-AC Swiss Cottage, twin-sharing). Deluxe AC is ₹8,300, Premium ₹9,300 and Super Premium ₹10,300 per person per night. Rajwadi Suites are ₹35,000 per couple and Darbari Suites ₹70,000 per suite. All rates exclude GST and include accommodation, all meals, cultural programmes, Bhuj transfers and White Rann entry passes. Peak-date surcharges apply over Christmas week, Diwali and Full Moon dates.
The season runs 1 November 2026 to 7 March 2027 — 127 days. Peak windows are Diwali (8–14 Nov 2026), the four Full Moon windows, and Christmas to New Year (18 Dec 2026 – 2 Jan 2027).
Yes. Every package includes complimentary AC coach transfers from both Bhuj Railway Station and Bhuj Airport to the Tent City at Dhordo — roughly 85 km, about 1 hour 45 minutes. Pickups depart at 08:15, 10:00, 13:30, 15:30 and 17:30. Return drops leave the Tent City at 05:30 and 09:30. Transfers outside these fixed slots can be arranged on request at extra cost.
Non-AC Swiss Cottages are fan-cooled with twin beds and a front porch — comfortable through November, February and March when temperatures sit between 12°C and 25°C. Deluxe AC Swiss Cottages add air conditioning and are what we recommend for the December–January peak. Premium and Super Premium add upgraded décor, a double-bed configuration and more central positioning inside the Tent City.
90% refund if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, 60% between 15 and 29 days, and no refund inside 15 days. Changing your check-in date costs 10% of the total booking value. A primary guest name change or a room category downgrade is 5% each.
Check-in is from 12:30 and check-out is 09:30. Tent allotment for guests arriving before check-in is subject to availability on the day.
Children under 6 stay complimentary. From age 6 upward in a triple-occupancy tent, the third guest is charged as an extra person with a mattress — ₹4,500 per night in a Non-AC cottage and ₹5,500 in the AC categories.
Yes. The Tent City is a managed, gated festival environment with 24/7 security, well-lit pathways and a strong community atmosphere. Solo women travellers visit every season and consistently report feeling safe.
