Transfer arrangements
Complimentary coach transfers run from Bhuj railway station and airport on fixed timings. Pickup is available from 08:15 to 17:30; seats are first-come, first-served.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is at 12:30 PM. Early tent allotment is subject to availability; your confirmation identifies your category, occupancy and assigned booking details.
Meals and programme
Every published package includes meals from arrival lunch to departure breakfast, plus morning and high tea; White Rann sunset and sunrise visits; nightly cultural programme; yoga; and access to the craft bazaar, art gallery, club house and activity zones.

After check-out, the programme includes a Swaminarayan Temple and Kutch Museum visit before the fixed coach drop-off at Bhuj railway station or airport.
No complimentary transfer runs outside the fixed coach timings.

Dholavira is closed on Fridays and Kutch Museum on Wednesdays; the itinerary is adjusted automatically.
