The published Dhordo Tent City programme begins with fixed coach pickup from Bhuj, check-in at 12:30 PM, lunch, a White Rann sunset and a cultural evening. It concludes after morning tea, yoga and breakfast with the Temple and Museum visit before the fixed Bhuj drop-off. Your written confirmation records the category, guests, taxes and any operating adjustment.

Arrival, White Rann sunset & cultural evening
- 08:15-17:30: Bhuj airport or railway station pickup on the fixed coach schedule
- 12:30 PM: Tent City check-in, followed by lunch and leisure time
- Afternoon: High tea and sunset at the White Rann
- Evening: Dinner and cultural show
Morning programme & Bhuj departure
- Morning: Morning tea, yoga and breakfast
- After check-out: Swaminarayan Temple and Kutch Museum visit

Peak dates carry a surcharge
The rates above apply on ordinary season dates. Diwali week, full-moon windows and the general December to January peak add a surcharge per person, and Christmas to New Year (18 December to 2 January) adds more again — for one night:
- Diwali, full moon and general December to January — ₹2,000 per person
- Christmas and New Year, 18 December to 2 January — ₹4,000 per person

Is 1 night enough for Rann Utsav?
The published 1N/2D Tent City programme includes a White Rann sunset, cultural evening and next-morning programme. Choose a longer stay for the Kala Dungar or Dholavira excursion.
What is included in the ₹6,300 package?
₹6,300 is the published one-night Non-AC Swiss Cottage starting rate per person on twin-sharing, excluding applicable GST. The Tent City programme includes accommodation, meals from arrival lunch to departure breakfast, fixed Bhuj coach transfers, White Rann visits, cultural programme, yoga and activity zones. Your written confirmation records the booking details.
Can I extend to 2 nights on arrival?
