Is 1 Night / 2 Days enough to experience Rann Utsav?
Yes — the 1 Night / 2 Days package delivers the essential Rann Utsav experience. You will see the White Rann at sunset, attend the evening cultural folk performance, enjoy a bonfire dinner under the stars, and witness the sunrise on the salt flats. The two signature moments of Rann Utsav — sunset and sunrise on the White Rann — are both included. For first-time visitors and weekend travellers, this package is perfectly calibrated.
What is the difference between tent types?
The 1N/2D package offers three tent types: (1) Non-AC Swiss cottage at ₹5,900 per person — comfortable and well-appointed, with attached bathroom, suitable for October–November and February–March when nights are mild; (2) Deluxe AC Swiss cottage at ₹7,500 per person — air-conditioned, more spacious, with superior furnishing; (3) Rajwadi AC luxury tent at ₹9,500 per person — the most premium option with a sitting area, superior bedding, and enhanced amenities. All include the same meals and activities — the difference is accommodation quality.
Can we add Bhuj city sightseeing to the 1N/2D package?
Yes — Bhuj sightseeing can be added on your departure day (Day 2). After the morning Rann experience and breakfast, we can arrange a vehicle for you to visit Bhuj city (Aina Mahal, Prag Mahal, Kutch Museum, and the vibrant old city market) before your onward train or flight. This is available at an additional cost of ₹1,200 per vehicle for up to four persons. Please request at the time of booking so the vehicle is arranged.
Is the 1N/2D package available all season?
Yes — the 1N/2D package is available from the festival opening in October 2026 through the closing in March 2027. However, availability varies significantly by date. Full moon nights, Christmas week, New Year's Eve, and Republic Day weekend are consistently sold out weeks in advance. For these dates, we recommend booking 6–8 weeks ahead. For non-peak weekdays, 2–3 weeks should be sufficient.
