The complete Kutch and Rann Utsav experience — Dholavira UNESCO, Kalo Dungar, Mandvi Beach, three cultural evenings, and the White Desert at sunrise and sunset, three times. From ₹18,900 per person.
WHY 4 DAYS
Kutch is not merely a place to see the White Rann. It is one of India's most geographically and culturally extraordinary regions — home to the Rann, yes, but also to one of the most significant archaeological sites in the world (Dholavira), one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in India (Kalo Dungar), one of Gujarat's finest beaches (Mandvi), and a city (Bhuj) with more living craft traditions per square kilometre than almost anywhere else in the country.
The 3 Night / 4 Day package is the first package that gives you enough time to experience all of this properly. Dholavira alone deserves a full day — the scale of the Harappan ruins, the remarkable water conservation channels, and the sense of standing in a 5,000-year-old metropolis requires more than a rushed stop. Kalo Dungar at sunrise, with the entire White Rann spread below you to the horizon, is one of the most extraordinary views in India and should not be missed.
Three cultural evenings at Rann Utsav means three different folk programmes — the festival rotates artists throughout the season, so your second and third evenings will feature different musicians, different dance forms, and different craft demonstrations from your first. By the end of four days, you have not just visited Kutch; you have understood it.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
ACCOMMODATION
The headline from ₹18,900 per person for 3 Nights / 4 Days is the Non-AC Swiss Cottage — the entry-level category. Every price below is the total for three nights, per person on twin-sharing unless the card says otherwise, exclusive of GST. All six categories include the same meals, cultural evenings, White Rann visits and Bhuj transfers — what changes is the tent.

For honeymoons, milestones and group luxury stays — a private suite rather than a tent room.
The rates above apply on ordinary season dates. Diwali week, full-moon windows and the general December to January peak add a surcharge per person, and Christmas to New Year (18 December to 2 January) adds more again — for three nights:
Check which of your dates fall in those windows on the Rann Utsav 2026-27 dates calendar, read what makes each one worth planning around on the Rann Utsav special dates guide, or see the full rate sheet with cancellation terms on the Rann Utsav Tent City booking page. Children under six stay free of charge.
FOUR-DAY ITINERARY
Four days of curated Kutch discovery — the Rann, the ruins, the hills, and the city. Every day is distinct; every day is memorable.
BEST FOR
The 3N/4D package gives families with children enough time to fully explore Dholavira, Bhuj, and the Rann without rushing. The Kalo Dungar experience is spectacular for children.
Our dedicated 3N/4D Honeymoon Package is built on this itinerary, with the addition of private bonfire, moonlit walk, rose petal turn-down, and couple spa.
Travellers who want to understand Kutch as a whole — the Harappan heritage, the living craft traditions, the White Rann, and the landscape — need four days to do it properly.
The relaxed pace and comprehensive inclusion of all meals makes the 3N/4D the most comfortable package for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.
Four days allows enough time for a full corporate activity programme alongside the cultural and heritage experiences that make the Rann Utsav team outing uniquely impactful.
FAQ
The 3 Night / 4 Day package is the only package that allows you to experience the three major sites of Kutch alongside the Rann Utsav festival itself. On top of the full Rann experience (three sunsets, three sunrises, three cultural evenings), you visit Dholavira — a 5,000-year-old Harappan city and UNESCO World Heritage Site; Kalo Dungar (Black Hill) — the highest point in Kutch with a panoramic view of the entire White Rann; and have the opportunity to visit Mandvi Beach and Bhuj city. No other package combines all of these.
Dholavira is one of the five largest known cities of the Indus Valley Civilisation, inhabited from approximately 3000 BCE to 1500 BCE. It was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2021. The archaeological site is extraordinarily well-preserved — the ruins of the city's seven distinct zones, its remarkable water conservation system, and the world's earliest known signboard (a large stone inscription) are all visible on the guided tour. For travellers interested in history, archaeology, or simply the mind-bending experience of standing in a 5,000-year-old metropolis, Dholavira is one of India's most significant sites.
The ₹18,900 base price for the 3N/4D package is three nights in a Non-AC Swiss cottage — the entry-level category, with twin beds, an attached bathroom with hot water and a front porch, cooled by fan and air cooler. Guests travelling in December and January, or anyone who simply wants air conditioning, upgrade to the Deluxe AC Swiss cottage at ₹24,900 per person for three nights. Above that sit the Premium tent at ₹27,900 and the Super Premium at ₹30,900 per person, both with a double bed in luxury linen and a larger footprint, and then the Rajwadi Suite at ₹1,05,000 per couple and the Darbari Suite at ₹2,10,000 per suite for three nights. Every category includes the same meals, excursions and cultural evenings. For honeymooners, the Premium tent is standard in the 3N/4D honeymoon package, which additionally includes a private bonfire, rose petal turn-down, and moonlit walk.
Yes — the Kalo Dungar (Black Hill) excursion is included in the 3N/4D package itinerary. Kalo Dungar is the highest point in Kutch at approximately 462 metres above sea level, located about 25 km north-west of Dhordo. From the summit, on clear days, you can see the entire expanse of the White Rann stretching to the horizon — it is one of the most extraordinary views in Gujarat. There is also a 400-year-old Dattatreya temple at the summit with a unique daily ritual of feeding kites (birds) that live at the peak.
Yes — the 3N/4D package is very well-suited for senior travellers. The pace is relaxed, the premium tent is comfortable, all meals are included, and the activities can be adapted to individual mobility. Dholavira requires moderate walking but can be done at a gentle pace. The White Rann walks are on flat terrain. The only activity requiring physical exertion is the optional ATV ride, which can simply be skipped. We have hosted many multi-generational families with elderly grandparents on the 3N/4D package and it works beautifully.
